What is the difference between an Open Edition Print and Limited Edition Print?
Open Edition Prints are don’t mind speaking across a room. They are museum quality, larger prints (20”- 40”). Title and signed by artist. Breakthrough Prints like to speak to you up close. They are smaller (less then 10”) and reproduced differently.
What is elegance velvet fine art paper?
In our opinion, it is the Rolls Royce of papers. A cousin to watercolor paper, it is non-reflective and non-glossy. This fine art paper is soft, delicate and absorptive while holding on to rich printed color. In any location, these prints don’t create any kind of distracting glare, but instead bounce only the emotion out of the image.
Are there other paper or size options?
Yes. We suggest these listed online, but we totally understand (and respect) that certain styles go better in certain spaces. Therefore, let us help you customize your space accordingly. Together to come up with the perfect custom size, paper, or mounting style. Prices are affected by this custom option.
If during your first month of owning your Legacy Print, you are for some reason unhappy with your final print, please contact us at email@example.com so we can talk about what happened and which print you would like to pick to replace it with. Breakthrough prints are final at sale.
We start processing your order within the first 24 hours upon receipt of payment. So if you stop us before production, we can gladly refund 100% of your order. After that time, for Legacy Prints, we can refund with a 20% restocking fee. For Breakthrough Prints, we can refund up to 100% before we ship your order.
Help! My print was damaged upon arrival!
We love the post office and mail service teams, but occasionally they get a little overloaded and miss our “CAREFUL-FRAGILE” stickers. We can replace it for you free of charge. Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the injury, and return the print within 30 days. We’ll prepare a new print for you at receipt of the original. Damages that happen after can be replaced with an additional fee.
What is the estimated order processing and shipping time
Legacy Prints are custom printed so expect up to 6 weeks before you can meet your masterpiece in person and carry it to the frame shop. Breakthrough prints are stocked in the studio and should arrive within three weeks.

My favorite Breakthrough print is sold out. Is there a way to still order one?
We keep a limited inventory of both small and extra small, color and black and white Breakthrough Prints. We do not individually reproduce this particular size, but we restock in bulk on occasion. Send us an email to let us know which image you would like that is currently unavailable and we will add it to our next batch order.
Do you sell greeting cards?
At this time, no we don’t sell greeting cards. We just can’t bear to see all our hard work and love invested into each photograph to be thrown away after opened. Meanwhile, we hope you enjoy smaller sizes in the Breakthrough Print category.
Oh no! one of my prints was lost in the mail.
Thanks for paying close attention. The mail service does an amazing job but occasionally this happens. We apologize for the inconvenience, but just an email us at email@example.com listing all the prints by title that you did receive. We will send the missing image right away.
I am excited about the “surprise” part of this, but is there a way I can request a certain favorite image be included?
Yes! You can pick your first I-just-gotta-have-this-image, and we will definitely include it in your deliveries. Please notate this clearly with the image title in NOTES section at checkout. You can also specific color, black and white, or particular themes you are interested in.
What size prints are included in the Subscription Program?
You will receive a variety of small and extra small Breakthrough Prints. These are approximately 5x7 and 8x10 sizes and both are printed on a smooth, white 8.5x11” cotton-based paper.
I want to give this subscription as a gift to my (friend/mom/sister/daughter).
Great idea! Please add a very clear note in the NOTES section at checkout with their name and shipping address. Otherwise all the prints and letters will be written to and delivered to you. We send all the subscription prints to just one address.
What do you mean you “prayerfully” pick the Subscription images for me?
Great question! We ask the Lord how he wants to encourage you in this season and we do our very best to listen. He’s really quite communicative, right? Then we use that information (and any comments you leave us in the NOTES section) to pick the images we think will be meaningful to you from our archives. The final handwritten cards that come with your prints will be filled with encouraging words.
I’m going through a tough time right now and could use some pictures that will emotionally lift me up out of that place. Can you put images in my Subscription plan that are relevant?
Definitely! This is the perfect kind of information to we would love to know at the purchase of your Subscription. Each gallery is carefully and personally picked just for you so please share whatever you are comfortable with in the NOTES section and well will do our best to find images that speak into that.
I just really don’t like one of the images you picked. Can I return it?
Yes, you can return the print undamaged, and we will pick a different picture. Please email us helpful information at firstname.lastname@example.org. But first, we encourage you to sit with the print for a week or so to let it sink in. Perhaps it’s not pertinent in the moment, but chances are in the near future, something will leap out at you at the right time.
A print was damaged in shipping.
Prints are sent out from the studio safely wrapped in a plastic sleeve and cardboard envelope. But we know that occasionally the mail service overlooks our “FRAGILE” notes and marks on the packaging. So we would love to replace it for you. Just send the print back over to us, and we will ship another copy.
