Return & Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure you’re delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the day your item is received.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition as received—unused, unworn, with any tags, and in its original packaging. Please also include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return Or Exchange
If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please reach out to us. Once we confirm your eligibility for a return, you will need to arrange for the return shipping through a shipping provider of your choice and cover the return shipping costs.

Shipping Guidelines for Returns and Exchanges
To assure your refund, please use a trackable mail service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages. Upon receiving and inspecting your item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are for the product amount only and do not include the original delivery charge.
Damaged Product
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help! To assist us in processing your request, please follow the instructions below and contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include the following photos in your email:

Close-up of the damage on the product

Full photo of the entire print

Photo of the package label, ensuring the text and barcode are legible

Photo of the inner packaging (showing bubble wrap, corner protectors, and any additional packing inside the box)

Photo of the outer packaging, especially any visible damage to the box (even if there is no visible damage, this photo is helpful for our records)
Please send photos in high resolution (full or large size) so we can clearly assess the damage.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive and inspect the provided photos, we will verify the damage. If confirmed, we will issue a replacement product, shipped to your address at no additional cost. In some cases, we may request that the original/damaged product be returned to us at our expense.
Refunds
Refunds are processed as soon as your returned product is received and approved. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

If you have completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, feel free to contact us for assistance.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Delivery Times
Each order is printed upon completion, with the following timeline:

Order Processing Time (24 hours): This time allows for any changes to your order.

Order Printing Time (2-5 business days): Your item is printed and prepared for shipment.

Order Shipping Time (2-5 business days): After printing, your order ships within 2-5 business days.
Throughout this process, you will receive email updates at the address provided at checkout. If you do not receive these updates, please check your spam folder and add (info at fightsongstudio dot com) to your contacts.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 12 business days, please reach out, and we’ll help track it down.
