Ordering & Customization

Can I customize the size or frame of my artwork?
  • Yes! We offer a range of sizes and frame options, including canvas and print options. Custom sizes are available upon request. Simply reach out to us through our Contact Page to discuss custom dimensions and frames before placing your order.
Can I see how the artwork will look on my wall before buying?
  • We offer a free mock-up service to help you visualize your chosen artwork in your space. Just send us a photo of your wall via our Contact Page, and we’ll send back a digital preview within 2-3 business days.

Delivery & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Each order is printed upon completion, with estimated production and shipping times as follows:

  • Canvas and Wall Art Prints (Framed and Unframed): Production time is 2-5 business days, plus 2-5 business days for delivery.
  • Limited Edition Prints (Framed and Unframed): Production time is 10-15 business days, with shipping taking 3-7 business days.
  • Coffee Table Books: 2-5 business days for production, plus 7-10 business days for delivery.
  • Journals: 2-4 business days for production, plus 5-10 business days for delivery.
  • Greeting Cards: 2-4 business days for production, plus 1-6 business days for delivery.Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with delivery updates. Please keep in mind different product types come from different labs, so they will be arriving individually.

Can I get a tracking number for my order?
  • Absolutely! Tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout as soon as it’s available. Tracking info will be sent for each product. Keep in mind products are pinted in different labs so you may get multiple tracking numbers as they are shipped out at different times. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.
What if my order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time?
  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us through our Contact Page, and we’ll help track it down for you.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?
  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Page. If the order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to assist with the cancellation and issue a full refund. However, if it has already entered production or shipping, we won’t be able to stop it and you will be charged.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
  • Please contact us immediately through our Contact Page if there’s an error in your shipping address. We’ll make every effort to update it, but if the order has already shipped, we won’t be able to intercept it. We aren’t responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Returns, Refunds, and Damages

What’s your return policy?
  • We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. If you’d like to request a return, please contact us through our Contact Page for assistance. Please note that returns on sale items and gift cards are not accepted. How do I handle a damaged product?
  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days via our Contact Page with specific photos of the damage, packaging, and any visible issues with the outer box. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement free of charge, or we may request that the damaged item be returned at our expense. Read more about our Return Policy here.
How long does it take to process a refund?
  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, but it may take several days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If you haven’t received it after 10 business days, please reach out to us through our Contact Page.

Product Information & Care

How should I care for my wall art?
  • To keep your art in pristine condition, please hang it away from direct sunlight and gently dust it with a soft, dry cloth. All canvases and framed prints come ready to hang, with a hanging hardware already installed.
Are your products ready to hang?
  • Yes. Framed prints and canvases, as well as unframed gallery wrap canvas prints, are shipped ready to hang with pre-installed hardware, making them easy to display.

Promotions & Discounts

Why isn’t my discount or free shipping showing up?
  • Free shipping should automatically apply at checkout for orders of $50 or more within the contiguous United States. If your discount or free shipping isn’t showing, please contact us through our Contact Page, and we’ll assist you.
